PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

VAESP is committed to strengthening the elementary school and middle school building administrators by developing programs to meet the current and future needs of Virginia's educators. To assist administrators in meeting the challenges of a rapidly changing educational environment, VAESP coordinates several conferences and workshops in Virginia. In order to make sure that we are providing the appropriate topics and speakers that will be beneficial to you, we request your feedback on past conferences with VAESP and other organizations as well as suggestions for future conferences and workshops.

As per the request of many registrants, the below files were provided to VAESP by several of the speakers who attended the Annual Principals Conference. Please use these files to assist your professional development, but please do not copy or alter the files without the author's permission. Should you be interested in obtaining the presentations or handouts of other speakers from the conference, please contact VAESP, and we will try to get them for you. Again, thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you at the next conference.
