VAESP Corporate Partner Membership

Thank you in advance for your sincere consideration of this opportunity!

The Virginia Association of Elementary School Principals (VAESP) is a non-profit organization that serves the elementary and middle schools of Virginia with many services and benefits, including professional development opportunities, corporate sponsorships, and educational publications. VAESP is partnered with the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP). Currently, VAESP has over 1,200 members, which makes VAESP the fourth largest state affiliate of NAESP. In 2006, VAESP had the largest percentage increase in membership of any of NAESP’s state affiliates!

Due to the stringent state and federal reforms of the education systems, Virginia educators must be proficient in leadership, achievement, instruction, supervision, and communication within the school and its community. VAESP provides a way for administrators to have access to quality training opportunities in a timely manner, and we are only able to provide this type of training with the help of Corporate Partners. Historically, training programs available to principals have not included all of the skills necessary to be successful in today’s public education environment. It is critical we have outstanding administrators leading our schools as they face surmounting pressures to establish an orderly and nurturing environment for learning and for meeting other demands that make an already difficult job an increasingly stressful one.

As Operations Director of VAESP, it is a top priority of mine to develop partnerships with organizations that have a commitment to positively impacting education in Virginia. It is my hope you will partner with VAESP, and together, we will endeavor to provide Virginia’s administrators with the training needed to ensure that every student receives a quality education and is prepared to become a productive worker and a successful citizen.

So VAESP may provide quality conferences and workshops, we ask you assist us by sponsoring any or all of our professional development events. At the same time, your partnership will provide an opportunity for you to present your products to our membership via conference exhibits, e-mail, publications, and our website. We hope you will join forces with VAESP to provide quality professional development for our members, as well as, to feature you as a VAESP partner and a supporter of the children of the Commonwealth. The following conference sponsorship opportunities are currently available:
